What you will be doing:

• Engge in active and competent communication with service users via online chat (text only);
• Go beyond template responses and create unique, meaningful answers while following the companys communication standards and guidelines;
• Help clients understand the platforms functionality, maintain their interest and loyalty;
• Respond promptly to non-standard situations and correctly escalate complex cases to colleagues;
• Work in a dynamic pace while maintaining quality and an individual approach to each user.

Who we are looking for:

• You have at least Intermediate level of English this is mandatory, as all communication is in English;
• You write competently and logically and understand the purpose of each response;
• You are ready to work with a large volume of text without losing quality;
• You have experience in sales or customer support, or you have a high level of motivation to master this profession;
• You possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain a conversation;
• You can work in multitasking mode, are well-organized, and ready for challenges;
• You are adaptable, stress-resistant, and can communicate calmly and kindly with both clients and the team;
• You have advanced PC user skills.
