Business Assistant with Technical Background

Location: Almaty
Salary: 200’000 - 400,000 KZT per month

We’re international company represent industrial Instrumentation equipment manufacture TERRANOVA and launching a new project – Terranova Kazakhstan as local rep and manufacture. We're looking for a smart, motivated assistant to become the founder’s right hand.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated, smart, and ambitious individual, ideally a recent graduate with preferably a technical background (engineering, automation, instrumentation, or related fields). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, from administration to market research and marketing strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational support: documentation, sending commercial offers, managing databases
• Communication with clients and suppliers (including in English)
• Support in sales and tenders
• Market research, product localization assistance
• Help with website development, marketing materials, social media
• Administrative support: meetings, logistics, translations

Requirements:

• Technical or engineering background (recent graduates welcome)
• English: strong written communication
• Confident PC user (Excel, Word, Email)
• Self-starter, quick learner, organized
• Strong interest in B2B, technical sales, and logistics
