Deloitte is looking for an Junior Administrative Assistant to join ICS department at the Almaty office.

Responsibilities:

• ​​​​​​Working under the supervision of a SSC Channel Leader
• Organization of business trips, preparation of advance payment reports, allocation of expenses according to the Company's policy
• Reservation and preparation of meeting rooms, ordering transfers, passes, parking for external participants
• Sending correspondence
• Solving organizational tasks
• Creating accounts and transactions in the CRM system; creating requests for checking business reputation in the CRM system
• Creating queries in the Deloitte counterparty verification system; creation and launch of cases in the Deloitte risk management system

Requirements:

• University degree (Linguistic, Finance or Economics);
• Work experience from 1 year
• Fluent knowledge of Russian and English (spoken & written)
• Advanced MS Office user
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality and accuracy
