Ensures the availability of all documents within the appropriate systems, to support flawless Project delivery; Ensures correct and authorized access to electronic storage folders; Monitors and distributes incoming Project documents from Client/Subcontractor to ILF; Review 3rd party document control processes and standards; Provides Client/subcontractors with documents templates, documents numbering system & procedures; Monitors Project document control and report inconsistencies and delays; Monitors Project document progress and report problems, especially where documents are not progressed to final

version or when reviews are skipped;

Monitors ILF progress on reviewing of documents and ensure timely handover of ILF comments to counterpart doc-

ument control;

Able to set up and maintain the required document controls structures in ILF SharePoint internal portal. Develops handover matrix to be used at close out and for publishing; Hand over as-built drawings for uploading in other drawing systems.

Qualification

Work experience (at least 1 project) in a similar position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPCC

projects in an oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international
pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)

Experience in major Onshore Oil & Gas Projects, or for Major Oil Company or EPC Contractor. Knowledge of computer based systems including Electronic Database Management systems, Excel, Word,

Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
Education: Higher technical education in the field of activity or equivalent
Language: Knowledge of Russian language on proficiency level and English language not lower than upper-intermediate level
Experience: Total relevant work experience not less than 10 years
