Improving Customer Service performance to Top Key Customer and service ex Distributors Warehouses, optimizing inventory level at Distributors Warehouses, making sure freshness control, assuring compliance of distributors operations with governance, developing new ways of working with national accounts

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English language level is Upper Intermediate and above
• 2 and more years of relevant experience in supply planning and logistics with high level of collaboration with Suppliers, Customs, Authorities
• Advanced level of skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Advanced level of skills in process management
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing without authority skills, customer centric, a good team player

Responsibilities:

• Lead Top customer service level KPI and improvement plan.
• Define strategic directions of Distributor Logistics Development for CEAB&T
• Develop integrated Choco/PC/Gum Ideal Distributor Profile (IDP) in Logistics and lead its deployment to the CEAB&Turkey Distributors according to Company’s market tearing strategy with collaboration with Sales, SOPs, S&F teams; Lead Logistics block at IDP meetings according to the process schedule (provide recommendations for discount and provide supportive analysis and documentation for quality decision making)
• Develop and lead process of supporting Distributors in optimizing internal logistics via providing recommendations in stock level at regional warehouses, process of product delivery from warehouses to retail, etc.
• Support Distributors in continuous improvement of replenishment process of regional warehouses to assure healthy stock levels and high level of service to retail, with focus on Key National Accounts
• Develop an effective process to assure that quality standards of warehousing and transportation are followed by Distributors
• Analyze OOS/Overstock level at Distributors warehouses with root-causing on a periodic basis and provide recommendations on minimization risks to Distributors and Sales team
• Develop and lead process of inventory control at Distributors warehouses (stock reconciliation process on a periodic basis; physical counting on quarterly basis, potential obsoletes control process)
• Develop an effective process of freshness control from Distributor side and return from retails process with clear expectations on physical counting, product utilization, reimbursement processes
• Develop and lead Logistic block in ways of working with Key National Accounts; lead and drive actions to improve TAS results in Distributor Operations related to Service to Customers
• Provide quality inputs to S&OP+ process on Distributor operations
