• Sales reporting

• Carries out the responsibility of proper gathering & reconciliation of monthly distributors sales & stock reports from all distributors and submits to Head office as per agreed timelines.
• Sales Analysis and Field Visit analysis of field force

• Inventory Management

• Gathers aging report from all distributors and sends to Head office as per agreed timelines
• Monitors and reports near-expiry inventory to business / sales management to ensure consumption before expiry
• Monitors inventory management at all distributors. In case of out of stock in any region ensures transfer of stocks through negotiating with distributors
• Monitors order quantities of major distributors in coordination with National Sales Manager in order to manage stocks level in all the regions

• Importation

• Maintains close coordination with the following key personnel for tracing shipments and on-time clearance of shipments at customs
  • All Distributors in Kazakhstan
  • Supply Chain team at Head office

• Distribution Coordination and Communication

• Carries out the responsibility for proper control and documentation of losses and damages during goods checking received from Getz Pharma on distributor’s warehouse and timely query submissions to the Head Office.
• Conducts monthly meetings with the distributors.
• Coordinates Head Office in analyzing and determining solutions to problems for all related Distribution and Sales issues.

• Forecast preparation coordination

• In-charge of ex-distributor sales forecast in coordination with Chief Representative, Marketing and Sales Management.
• Coordinates with distributors to get the monthly orders according to the Kazakhstan monthly ex-factory order
• Coordinates Head Office in analysing and determining solutions to problems for all related Distribution and Sales issues.

• Accounts receivable

• To follow up with the distributors for invoice realization in line with the approved credit terms
• Reporting of aging of other receivables
• Meeting with distributors for the overdue invoices and ensuring timely realization
• Ensuring timely receipts against invoices and other receivables
• Preparation and maintenance of Receivable Schedule in coordination with the distributors for the partial payments
• Evaluation of financial impact for the extended Credit Terms allowed to the distributors
• Coordination with distributor and customers for all matters related to invoicing and receipts
• Ensuring the maintenance of customers/distributors agreements and ensuring that all transactions are in line with agreements

• Distributors' Agreements

• Carries out the responsibility for maintenance of all aspects pertaining contracts with distributors including complete review of documents, contracts conclusion, issuing addendums, checking payment terms and tracing payments
• Ensures effective co-ordination and follow ups with distributors and settling all the queries regarding contracts timely.
