Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Payroll Specialist , you will be responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you will contribute to H&M’s business success. In this position, you will be responsible for the full administration of the unit's personnel affairs in Kazakhstan. You will: Administrate personnel matters in accordance with local labor law regulations Cooperate with an external company Improve the internal document flow process Be responsible for salary booking & immigration permits processes Prepare reports and data for payroll Be responsible for benefit administration Be the everyday support for colleagues Manage the attendance system Work with other HR systems WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You'll collaborate with members of the payroll team working with area, accounting, store operations, global functions, regional functions. You will provide continuous support to our stores, offices, and logistics teams. Together, you'll ensure smooth Payroll operations and efficient service delivery across all locations.
