Job Summary
Perform activities in multiple administration and human resources areas. Provide administrative and organizational solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Duties and responsibilities
Administrative work
Search and make a contract with required providers
Finalize contracts and compile relevant documents
Work with relevant organizations and providers and set up the company's Administrative and HR needs
Keeping accurate records is crucial, whether it's financial records, employee records, or other documentation.
Completing all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards and policies.
Supporting members of staff with workload and tasks as requested.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Оrganize events, meetings, or conferences.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist management and colleagues whenever necessary
Managing Resources
This involves overseeing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring efficient use of assets. Helps to develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of GA experience in similar industry
- Negotiate as an organizational authority and established expert to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
- Language : English Advanced
- Knowledge of principles and procedures in general affairs, performance management, negotiation.
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with little direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent listening and negotiating skills
- A strong work ethic and perseverance, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizing skills
