Responsibilities:
Calculate, withhold, and remit taxes and mandatory budget payments
Prepare and submit tax reports on time: forms 300.00, 328.00, 700.00, 701.00, 870.00
Prepare tax registers; monitor tax accounts with state revenue authorities
Prepare statistical reports: 1-TS, 1-Invest, 1-Transport, 1-T, 2-TR, E-commerce
Minimize tax risks; respond to tax authority notifications; support tax audits and inspections
Review and approve contracts, payments, and primary documents from a tax perspective
Advise employees on tax accounting matters; monitor changes in tax legislation
Prepare documentation for appeals to tax and judicial authorities
Requirements:
Higher education in Finance, Accounting and Audit, or Economics
Total work experience — minimum 5 years; in tax accounting — minimum 3 years
Tax Consultant certificate of the Republic of Kazakhstan (or experience in tax authority bodies); Professional Accountant certificate of the RK is an advantage
Knowledge of the RK Tax Code, IFRS, and transfer pricing legislation
Confident user of 1C, ESF, and tax reporting software (SONO, EFNO, KNP)
Experience with IS ESF and Virtual Warehouse module
Kazakh and Russian — fluent; English — advantage
