Andersen is an international IT company and one of the leaders in outsourcing software development. We create digital products for clients worldwide and know that product quality is built through attention to detail at every stage of development.
A traineeship is more than just learning. It is an opportunity to dive into quality assurance processes across all stages of software development, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in one of the fastest-growing areas of IT.
The Full-stack QA Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to learn modern testing approaches, explore automation, expand your technical expertise, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.
Applications are open in Kazakhstan: candidates from Almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Kazakhstan can join online.
What we offer:
4 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.
Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.
Development across multiple areas. Testing, automation, databases, and a deeper understanding of software development processes.
A hands-on approach. Less abstract theory, more tasks closely aligned with real projects.
1.5-year apprenticeship agreement. You learn — we help you build your IT career.
Employment upon successful completion of the program.
