Ventra в поиске Brand Marketing Lead для казахстанской технологической компании, лидера рынка цифровой наружной рекламы.

Ключевые задачи:

  • Формирование и ведение pipeline маркетинговых инициатив (бренд, продукт, продажи).
  • Разработка и реализация маркетинговой стратегии.
  • Управление проектами полного цикла: от идеи до оценки результата.
  • Постановка KPI, контроль сроков, качества и результата.
  • Pre- и post-campaign анализ эффективности активностей.
  • Планирование и управление маркетинговым бюджетом.
  • Развитие имиджа компании во внешних и внутренних коммуникациях.
  • Управление подрядчиками, агентствами и партнерами.
  • Взаимодействие с PR-отделом.
  • Подготовка презентаций для руководства.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование (маркетинг, менеджмент, экономика или смежные направления)
  • Опыт от 5 лет в маркетинге (в FMCG-компаниях).
  • Стратегическое мышление, системность, ответственность, лидерство, инициативность, умение работать в команде, ориентация на результат
  • Свободный английский язык для работы с международными рынками.

Условия работы:

  • Локация: Алматы, Медеуский район
  • График: полный день, работа в офисе/гибрид (обсуждаемо).
  • Уровень дохода: конкурентный, обсуждается с успешным кандидатом.
