We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and other accounting processes. The role involves working with accounting systems, payroll, processing payments, reporting and supporting employees and contractors on taxation and accounting matters, and ensuring accurate and efficient financial workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll calculation and processing in 1C ZUP and Paysoft
• Processing and execution of payments; preparation of cash reports, categorize financial transactions
• Recording inventory and goods receipts (TMZ), reconciliation with suppliers
• Work with accounting and financial systems (1C, NetSuite, Budget System), reconcile data, and ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records in different systems
• Prepare contracts, salary certificates, and supporting documentation; maintain proper document workflow and storage
• Prepare and submit statistical reports and internal payroll related reports
• Support employees and individual entrepreneurs with contracts, taxation, reporting requirements, and onboarding processes
• Update internal instructions and process documentation, coordinate workflows, review incoming requests, and contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency
• Provide advisory support on accounting and tax-related matters, including resolving issues related to account freezes, reporting discrepancies, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Practical experience in accounting, especially in payroll calculation
• Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting processes
• Experience working with accounting system 1C; NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus
• Experience in accounting and taxation for Individual Entrepreneurs (IE) under the simplified tax regime
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
