Описание

REVERA — международная юридическая компания, сопровождающая бизнес-проекты в различных юрисдикциях. В связи с развитием практики в Международном финансовом центре «Астана» (AIFC) мы ищем юриста с профильным опытом работы в регулировании и праве AIFC.

Ключевые задачи:

  • Консультирование клиентов по вопросам права AIFC
  • Сопровождение регистрации и структурирования компаний в AIFC
  • Подготовка и анализ договоров в рамках права AIFC (Common Law framework)
  • Взаимодействие с органами AIFC (Registrar of Companies, AFSA и др.)
  • Сопровождение корпоративных процедур и сделок в юрисдикции AIFC
  • Подготовка юридических заключений и меморандумов по вопросам применения права AIFC
  • Участие в проектах с международным элементом

Мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт работы 4–6 лет
  • Подтвержденный опыт работы с юрисдикцией AIFC (обязательно)
  • Понимание принципов английского общего права (Common Law)
  • Опыт сопровождения регистрации и деятельности компаний в AIFC
  • Английский язык — не ниже Upper-Intermediate (рабочий)
  • Умение самостоятельно вести проекты и взаимодействовать с клиентами

  • Опыт взаимодействия с AFSA
  • Опыт работы в международной юридической фирме
  • Участие в трансграничных проектах
