Описание

  • 岗位职责：
    1、负责（工程机械设备-高空车）在工程项目上的租赁和销售工作，积极开拓租赁、销售市场，拓宽营业渠道，完成年度销售指标；
    2、及时跟踪大客户的需求，建立与大客户关系；
    3、挖掘市场潜在信息与客户进行有效沟通；
    4、及时回笼租金，减少不良应收帐款。
    任职要求：
    1、统招本科及以上学历
    2、会讲中文、哈萨克语优先，具有2年以上工程机械行业或互联网BD或快消品行业销售经验；
    3、优秀的口头表达能力和沟通技巧，善于人际沟通；
    4、具备敏锐的观察力、应变能力、较强的市场活动策划执行能力；
    5、良好的职业道德、高度的工作热情，可在压力下工作；

    Обязанности

  • Отвечать за аренду и продажу строительной техники — автовышот на строительных проектах, активно развивать рынок аренды и продаж, расширять деловые каналы, а также выполнять годовые продажные показатели.
  • Вовремя отслеживать потребности ключевых клиентов и устанавливать отношения с ними.
  • Извлекать потенциальную рыночную информацию и вести эффективное общение с клиентами.
  • Вовремя своевременно взимать арендную плату и снижать количество плохих дебиторских задолженностей.

  • Требования к Кандидату

  • Высшее образование
  • Знание китайского и Казахского языков предпочтительно, наличие более 2 лет опыта в продажах в сфере строительной техники, BD в сфере интернета или отрасли бытовых товаров широкого спроса (ФМС).
  • Отличные навыки устного общения и коммуникации, умение устанавливать контакты с людьми.
  • Обладать острым наблюдательством, адаптивностью и сильными способностями к планированию и реализации маркетинговых мероприятий.
  • Наличие хороших профессиональных этических качеств, высокая работная энтузиазм и способность работать под давлением.
