About the position
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate material handling, stock monitoring, and logistics documentation in our SAP/B1 system. You will support both internal and external stakeholders by managing incoming materials, maintaining up-to-date stock levels, coordinating logistics processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations. Your work plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality data and efficient material flow across the organization.
Main responsibilities
Register and maintain accurate stock information in SAP/B1.Monitor and control material movements and stock transactions.Prepare and support inventory activities, including documentation and reconciliation of results.Manage material write-offs, corrections, and act documentation in SAP/B1.Support supply, transportation, and remote warehouse processes, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.About You
Higher education, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.Experience working with digital tools (SAP/B1 or other ERP systems is an advantage) and strong skills in Microsoft Office.Structured, detail‑oriented, and possessing good communication skills.Eager to learn and comfortable working in a global environment.English (Pre‑Intermediate level or above), and brave enough to communicate across languages.Some knowledge or interest in digital products and modern ways of working (expert level not required).Our offer
