A global real estate investment firm is looking for a proactive and hands-on Real Estate Asset Manager to take ownership of a dynamic mixed-use portfolio. Working closely with executive leadership, this role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term value creation across hospitality, residential, and commercial assets primarily located in Astana (Kazakhstan), Dubai (UAE), and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of hotels, office buildings, and residential properties; monitor property performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, enforce cost-control measures, analyze financial reports, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Manage lease administration, cultivate strong tenant relationships, ensure timely rent collection, and address payment issues as needed.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy for available units.
• Negotiate agreements with booking platforms and service providers; prepare and manage contracts with tenants and external partners.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained by promptly addressing technical and maintenance issues.
• Serve as the company's representative in dealings with local authorities and handle daily operational issues and tenant inquiries.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Astana, Kazakhstan.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Russian.
• Minimum of three years in property management, hotel operations, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in leasing, tenant relations, and operational oversight.
• Strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
