An international real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced and hands-on Real Estate Asset & Portfolio Manager to manage a diversified mixed-use portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with senior executives and centers on operational oversight, financial results, and long-term asset planning. The portfolio covers hospitality, residential, and commercial properties, primarily based in Astana, Kazakhstan, Dubai, UAE, and other global locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across hotels, office spaces, and residential buildings
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring effective cost control
• Track property performance and deliver regular updates to senior leadership
• Oversee lease administration and maintain positive tenant relationships
• Ensure timely rent collection and address any payment concerns
• Review financial reports and provide insights to support strategic decisions
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and leasing activities for available units
• Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements
• Negotiate agreements with booking platforms and service vendors
• Ensure properties are well maintained and technical matters are resolved promptly
• Prepare and manage contracts with tenants and external partners
• Act as company representative in interactions with local authorities
• Respond to operational issues and tenant inquiries on a daily basis

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Astana, Kazakhstan
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related discipline
• Fluency in English and Russian
• At least three years of experience in property management or hotel operations
• Proven expertise in leasing, tenant relations, and operational management
• Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills
