Описание

Обязанности:
  • Разработка материалов, которые помогают продавать: презентации, КП, скрипты, питч-деки
  • Проработка воронок продаж и этапов конвертации лидов в клиентов
  • Поддержка команды продаж: подготовка аргументов, кейсов, конкурентного анализа
  • Создание sales enablement-материалов
  • Участие в формировании пакетов услуг и ценностных предложений агентства
  • Анализ конверсии на каждом этапе воронки и выработка рекомендаций по улучшению
Требования:
  • Английский язык - уровень не ниже B2 (обязательно)
  • Понимание логики продаж и маркетинговых воронок
  • Умение доносить идеи через текст и структурированные презентации
  • Инициативность: умение самостоятельно видеть узкие места и предлагать решения
  • Адаптивность: готовность работать одновременно в нескольких контекстах
  • Стрессоустойчивость: сохранять качество работы в условиях сжатых сроков
Условия:
  • График работы 5/2
  • Заработная плата от 300 000 тенге
