Could you be the full-time Process Engineer (electrical) in Astana we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
We’ll look to you for:
- Define and validate the detailed manufacturing process.
- Develop industrial documentation, define industrial master data.
- Drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes.
- Participate to the product design reviews when required.
- Participate to P-FMEA (risk analisys)
- Participate to validation of prototypes if any.
- Request tooling when needed and write tooling specifications.
- Perform ERP routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions. And this ensuring good EHS and ergonomic conditions.
- Perform work stations task sequencing.
- Calculate precise Method Time.
- Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Routings, Work Instructions, and tooling.
- Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
- Participate to continuous improvement workshops.
- Contribute to industrial REX on manufacturing processes.
