Zhambyl region (Mirnyi 28/28)

Responsibilities:
🔸Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities in compliance with drawings, specifications, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
🔸Oversee installation of substations, transformers, HV/MV systems, OHL/UG cables, WTG collectors, and BESS integration.
🔸Ensure proper installation quality, protection systems implementation, and adherence to DI requirements.
🔸Manage Electrical Supervisors and workforce allocation; conduct regular site inspections.
🔸Enforce strict HSE rules including LOTO, grounding, and HV/MV access control.
🔸Monitor progress, coordinate with Civil and Company representatives, and report on risks and performance.
🔸Liaise with contractors, technical supervision, HSE, and support resolution of TQs and NCRs.
🔸Coordinate electrical works through pre-commissioning and handover to commissioning.

Requirements:
🔸Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
🔸10–15 years of electrical construction supervision experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
🔸 Strong knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems (experience on 500kV projects is an advantage).
🔸Experience in remote or extreme-weather industrial sites is a plus.
🔸Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
