Experienced Dispatcher (Appliance Repair / HVAC) – Remote
Our growing Appliance Repair & HVAC service company is looking for a professional dispatcher with industry experience to join our team.
📍 Remote Position
⏰ Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Los Angeles / PST Time Zone)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please apply ONLY if you have dispatcher experience in Appliance Repair or HVAC.
Responsibilities
• Dispatch and schedule technicians for service calls
• Coordinate routes and optimize daily schedules
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments
• Support technicians in the field
• Manage incoming calls, texts, and service requests
• Ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
• Previous dispatcher experience in Appliance Repair or HVAC company (REQUIRED)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Experience with service software (Housecall Pro or similar is a plus)
