L2 Support Engineer (Linux)

Описание

Обязанности:
  • Обработка обращений от пользователей систем;
  • Диагностика инцидентов, анализ логов, работа с мониторингом, устранение причин сбоев;
  • Выполнение регламентных работ (бэкапы, проверки статусов, обновления конфигураций);
  • Взаимодействие с разработкой по багам и сложным инцидентам;
  • Ведение отчетности в системе тикетов (Redmine, Jira либо аналог);
  • Участие в расследовании инцидентов (post-mortem, RCA).
Требования:

Обязательные навыки и опыт:

  • Знание Linux на уровне уверенного администратора (CentOS, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux);
  • Опыт работы с мониторингом (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana – либо аналогичные);
  • Базовые навыки работы с сетями (IP-адресация, tracert, tcpdump, wireshark);
  • Опыт чтения и анализа логов (journalctl, syslog, логирование приложений);
  • Навыки работы с SQL (базовые запросы SELECT, диагностика ошибок в БД).

Желательно (не обязательно):

  • Опыт работы с Docker / Kubernetes – плюс, но не обязательно;
  • Опыт работы с CI/CD пайплайнами (Jenkins, GitLab CI);
  • Понимание работы message-брокеров (RabbitMQ, Kafka – будет плюсом).
