We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to ensure reliable delivery support for OPS Tech. The role is focused on coordinating execution across multiple teams, including engineering, external vendors, and governance functions. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, dependencies, UAT, releases, and the stabilization phase, allowing TPMs and product owners to focus on business outcomes and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• 6+ years as Technical Project Manager in fintech, banking, or enterprise environments.
• Strong delivery skills - dependency management, risk management, UAT and rollout coordination.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.

Requirements:

• Own delivery execution for the OPS Tech portfolio - plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead delivery for vendor implementations - integration planning, migration cutovers, rollout sequencing, hypercare coordination.
• Run UAT and release readiness - test coordination, defect triage process, go-live checklists, release comms.
• Support Head of OPS Tech with portfolio visibility - progress, bottlenecks, risks, mitigation proposals.
