Darktheme Studios ищет новые таланты на позицию разработчика/продюсера игр!

Давно занимаешься разработкой игр и мечтаешь открыть свою гейм-девелопмент студию? Мы, Darktheme Studios, партнёры создателей одних из самых популярных игр на платформе Roblox, мы ищем новые таланты для участия в нашем проекте Accelerator. В этот раз мы впервые проводим эту программу на русском языке! Если вы хотите расти, учиться и видеть результаты своей работы в реальном времени — мы ждём вас в нашей команде!

Наши игры стали мировыми хитами, в них играют миллионы пользователей по всему миру. У нас большой опыт в создании успешных игр, и мы хотим поделиться им с вами!

О вашей роли:

После прохождения программы у вас будет уникальная возможность возглавить собственную студию разработки игр. Вы получите полную творческую свободу для реализации самых смелых идей, будете лидить собственную команду и контролировать все этапы разработки и бизнес процессы.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Управлять командой разработчиков и создавать собственные игры на Roblox

  • Руководить проектами от идеи до релиза

  • Тестировать и внедрять разные стратегии для роста студии и успеха игр

  • Активно обучаться и работать с лучшими разработчиками на Roblox

Что мы ожидаем от вас:

  • Практический опыт в разработке игр (подразумеваем, что у вас уже есть завершенные игровые проекты на любом из движков)

  • Хорошее знание английского языка (желательно)

  • Сильное желание учиться, расти и стать лидером

  • Отличные навыки организации и управления проектами

  • Интерес к развитию на платформе Roblox

  • Опыт работы с Roblox и знание Lua будет плюсом
