About the Role:  Product Manager We're looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our futures trading product at Tothemoon.

The futures product is live and generating volume — now we need someone who can analyze what's working, what isn't, and systematically improve the product through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Analytics & economics Calculate and monitor key metrics: trading volumes, fee revenue, user retention cohorts, capital efficiency, and the PnL impact of product changes Build financial models to evaluate new features: estimate implementation costs versus projected revenue, analyze user profitability across segments Analyze trading patterns to identify friction points: abandoned user flows, underperforming contracts, liquidity gaps, slippage, and execution quality Track competitors on a daily basis: fee structures, margin requirements, and new feature launches across exchanges Development & optimization Make quantitative prioritization decisions using cost-benefit analysis Optimize fee structures based on elasticity analysis, testing how pricing changes affect trading volume Identify and resolve UX issues that negatively impact trading activity (slow execution, confusing flows, margin calls) Collaborate with the trading desk on market-making performance and margin risk management, and with engineering on technical constraints (latency, throughput, API limits) What We Look for: Must have 3+ years of experience in product management, trading operations, or quantitative analysis within financial markets Strong data analysis skills: SQL for database queries, Python and Excel for modeling and analysis Solid understanding of futures mechanics: margin, funding rates, liquidations, and settlement Experience calculating and interpreting financial metrics such as PnL, ROI, LTV, etc.

Ability to build financial models that estimate the revenue and cost impact of product features Strong plus Experience with cryptocurrency derivatives markets Background in trading, market making, or quantitative research Familiarity with order book dynamics and market microstructure Why Join Tothemoon?
