We are looking for an experienced and strategic e-commerce manager to lead the e-commerce development of all brands in Kazakhstan. This role will oversee and scale the country's e-commerce performance, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with both commercial goals and operational efficiency.

The RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial strategy & product management and execute the local e-commerce commercial strategy, aligned with global vision and market specifics. Manage product lifecycle online: selection, calendar, pricing, promotions, visibility.
Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure strong understanding of product collections (womenswear, menswear, kids wear).
Cross-functional coordination
Act as а local e-commerce representative in regular coordination with the country manager and global teams. Collaborate with key departments (commercial, logistics, IT, marketing, customer experience) to implement and scale e-commerce projects.
Propose and track improvements across operations, logistics, and system flows.
Ensure product availability and stock coordination with stores and warehouse.
Budgeting & Reporting
Lead annual e-commerce budgeting and forecasting for the country.
Monitor KPls across commercial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Provide regular feedback and reporting to НО and local leadership teams.
Marketing & Communication Support
Coordinate with the marketing team to define and localize digital campaigns.
Ensure alignment across social media, paid traffic, and site merchandising.
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience:
Proven track record in fashion retail, with understanding of commercial, operational, and digital processes. Experience: managerial or responsibility for the process on а country level (support of several stores).
Core Skills:
Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Strong product sensibility, commercial acumen, and fashion orientation.
Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights and take action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate across diverse teams and drive alignment.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English.
