Key things to know before you apply

Your day to day:

• Development and implementation of a development strategy for a commercial field organization;
• Implementation of tools to evaluate and develop skills and behavioral characteristics critical to the field organization's business objectives;
• Definition of work standards and standards for the performance of business tasks applicable to the positions of field workers of a commercial organization;
• Development of profiles of positions and career ladder in a commercial organization for the development and promotion of talented employees;
• Consolidation of the annual training and development plan of the field organization;
• Determining the content and ensuring the implementation of planned field training activities;
• Providing monitoring and reporting on the training conducted, proposing and implementing improvement measures if necessary;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of existing tools for the development of the field organization and proposals for the development of new ones;

Who we are looking for:

• Higher education

• Work experience in a commercial organization of at least 5 years;

• Work experience in a managerial position of at least 2 years;

• Knowledge of English will be a plus (Upper-Intermediate level and above).
