Обязанности

  • Координация и сопровождение запросов по групповым мероприятиям, локальному кейтерингу и социальным мероприятиям на всех этапах — от запроса до завершения сделки.
  • Подготовка коммерческих предложений, контрактов, переписка с клиентами, внесение изменений и сопровождение бронирований.
  • Достижение плановых показателей по доходу за счёт активного применения техник продаж и допродажи (up-selling).
  • Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями отеля (продажи, финансы, администрирование данных и др.) для эффективной обработки запросов гостей.
  • Продажа корпоративных, MICE и частных мероприятий (конференции, банкеты, свадьбы, презентации, гала-ужины);
  • Полное ведение мероприятий от первого запроса до закрытия проекта;
  • Контроль выполнения договорных условий и финансовых обязательств;
  • Сопровождение клиента во время проведения мероприятия и пост-сервис;
  • Выполнение и перевыполнение плановых показателей продаж.
