Обязанности:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage distributors in Central Asia;Identify and evaluate potential distributors based on predefined criteria and strategic alignment;Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential regions for distributor expansion;Provide training, support, and resources to empower distributors to effectively market and sell PEP products;Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, DX, SC and Finance teams to align distributor strategies with overall company goals;Establish strong relationships with key distributor partners and manage ongoing communications to foster engagement and resolve any issues;Monitor and analyze distributor performance against predefined KPIs and take corrective actions as needed;Conduct regular (quarterly based) Distributors assessment and control the implementation of the action plans by RSMs;Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements;Create and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on distributor development progress to senior management.Требования:Higher education;Proven track record of successfully expanding distributor networks and achieving sales targets;Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;Ability to travel extensively to meet with distributors and explore new markets;Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;Proficiency in Microsoft Office;Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
