Functional Responsibilities:
- Carries out operational management of the Hangar Complex.
- Supports the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of production tasks within the Hangar Complex.
- Contributes to improvements in work organization, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Ensures the proper condition and reliable operation of production facilities and equipment assigned to the department.
- Ensures the fulfillment of plans for maintenance, repair, and storage of aircraft (or equipment).
- Monitors compliance with established technological processes and regulations.
- Participates in planning the utilization of hangars and resources.
Requirements:
- Higher specialized or technical aviation education.
- At least 3 years of experience in flight-related and managerial positions in civil aviation.
- Proficiency in the state languages and English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
