Описание

Fin4B — цифровая платформа для МСБ и госсектора, объединяющая закупки, факторинг, кредитование, проверки поставщиков и интеграции с банками и госреестрами. Мы строим экосистему, в которой бизнес получает финансирование и сервисы в одном окне.
Мы ищем Head of Sales, который выстроит полную воронку продаж платформы, приведёт корпоративных клиентов и гос/квазигос структуры, а также построит устойчивую систему коммерческого роста.
Задачи:
  • Разработка и реализация стратегии продаж Fin4B.
  • Привлечение корпоративных клиентов, МСБ, гос/квазигос структур.
  • Формирование и управление командой продаж.
  • Создание партнёрских каналов (банки, факторинговые компании, интеграторы).
  • Формирование коммерческих предложений, презентаций, тендерных пакетов.
  • Управление воронкой: лиды → демонстрации → пилоты → сделки.
  • Совместная работа с продуктом для улучшения платформы под запросы клиентов.
Требования:
  • Опыт B2B-продаж в финтехе, IT-решениях, банковских продуктах, факторинге или гос-секторах.
  • Опыт построения продаж «с нуля»: стратегия, процессы, команда.
  • Понимание закупок, документооборота, интеграций, цифровых платформ.
  • Развитые навыки переговоров и презентаций.
  • Умение закрывать крупные сделки и работать со сложными B2B-циклами.
