We are conducting a search for a senior leader to head the HoReCa sales function. The role is responsible for shaping national sales strategy, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring strong field execution. The position oversees sales planning, KPI management, profitability improvement, and the development of high-performing field teams.
Key responsibilities include strengthening the company’s presence in the HoReCa segment, improving customer satisfaction, expanding the active customer base, and ensuring effective credit and P&L management.
