We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cost Control Specialist to join F&B Operation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Entering the inventory results into the system.
• Performing general checks of transfers.
• Following-up whether the center’s stocktaking has been conducted.
• Making out corrective vouchers according to the inventories.
• Preparing the product sales report.
• Preparing the monthly deficient-surplus report.
• Preparing the purchasing price difference report.
• Preparing the monthly loss report.
• Preparing the consumption reports in terms of the unit.
• Checking the open buffet consumption report.
• Preparing the lounge consumption report.
• Preparing the menu engineering (analysis) report.
• Preparing the profit margin report.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting techniques, and financial analysis methods.
