Описание

Обязанности:
  • Организация производительной и качественной работы направления: обучение сотрудников, постановка планов и задач для кураторов, контроль выполнения планов по продажам и стандартов работы сотрудниками направления.
  • Формирование новой и расширение существующей агентской сети в регионе, анализ и контроль продаж.
  • Разработка форм сотрудничества, установление контактов, проведение соответствующих переговоров, заключение договоров.
  • Участие в разработке маркетинговой стратегии, обоснование ассортиментной и ценовой политики.
  • Продвижение туристического продукта Компании на рынке.
  • Информационная поддержка региональных агентств.
  • Контроль за оперативным и качественным решением текущих вопросов агентств, закрепленных за представительством.
  • Поддержание благоприятного морально-психологического климата.
  • Внесение на рассмотрение руководства предложений по совершенствованию работы по обслуживанию в Казахстане.
Требования:
  • Высшее образование в сфере туризма и/или не менее 3 лет опыта работы в данной отрасли, подтверждающее понимание ее специфики.
  • Успешный опыт работы в продажах.
  • Уверенное владение ПК. Знание программы CAMO tour.
  • Лидерские качества.
  • Свободное владение казахским, русским и английским языками (устно и письменно).
  • Проактивная позиция, пунктуальность, ответственность, аналитические способности, коммуникабельность, внимательность и стрессоустойчивость.
  • Способность работать в команде, демонстрируя сотрудничество, ответственность, доверие, поддержку и оптимизм.
