DCC Specialist / Специалист по документообороту (строительный проект)

Зона ответственности:

  • Ведение технического документооборота проекта: приём, регистрация, ревизии, архивирование.
  • Работа в корпоративных DCC-системах и порталах заказчика (загрузка, оформление, контроль статусов).
  • Раздача актуальных версий документации команде ПТО/супервайзерам, контроль использования только последних ревизий.
  • Поддержка отдела строительства в части ИТД: комплектация пакетов, проверка корректности форм, кодов, подписей.
  • Контроль сроков согласований и возвратов, работа с замечаниями.
  • Формирование реестров, отчётности и закрывающих пакетов под требования заказчика.
  • Подготовка архива проекта и его структурирование под сдачу.

Требования:

  • Опыт в строительном DCC или ПТО.
  • Уверенная работа с документами, внимательность к ревизиям, версиям и структуре файлов.
  • Знание Excel, PDF-инструментов.
  • Готовность работать в плотном графике стройки, где сроки сжаты, а приоритеты динамичные.
  • Организованность, дисциплина, умение держать порядок в большом документообороте.
  • Владение английский языком не ниже B1

Условия:

  • Вакансия открыта на офис на объекте(Бурундай) и на офис в городе.
  • 5/2 или 6/1
  • Заработная плата обсуждается после технического интервью
