We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with a proven track record of excellence.
Type of contract: 1-year contract with mutual prolongation
Start date: January 2026

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for Senior School SLT meetings.
- Provide verbal and written translation services for SLT and Senior School teachers as needed.
- Input SLT-approved events into the School Calendar and update parent information through communication channels.
- Distribute emails on behalf of the Senior School SLT.
- Communicate with parents, external individuals, and agencies on behalf of the SLT.
- Order the design, printing, and placement of informational posters around the school.
- Conduct research on various topics and make recommendations.
- Assist SLT with updating the school calendar, policies, and information booklets as needed.
- Coordinate all Senior School events and Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTCs) as directed by the SLT.
- Assist Senior School parents with their requests.
- Cover the Senior School Receptionist's duties during their absence.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Headmaster or General Director.
Person specification and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to think laterally, negotiate, and coordinate effectively, especially under pressure
- Written and oral communication and translation skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and organizational software
- Understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and health and safety guidelines
