General Manager, Hospitality & Service Excellence

Описание

Обязанности:

  • Руководство командами, обеспечивающими сервис на объектах.

  • Координация ежедневной операционной деятельности, контроль исполнения стандартов.

  • Обеспечение бесперебойной работы всех процессов объекта: приём обращений, сервисные коммуникации, клиентский опыт.

  • Проведение регулярных планёрок и мониторинга качества работы команд на местах.

  • Внедрение единой системы стандартов сервиса и гостеприимства на всех объектах.

  • Контроль внешнего вида персонала, культуры коммуникации и поведения сотрудников.

  • Проведение сервис-аудитов и корректирующих мероприятий.

  • Построение сильной сервисной культуры, ориентированной на Hospitality

  • Участие в открытии новых объектов, настройка сервисной модели
  • Управление ключевыми метриками: NPS, скорость решения обращений
Требования:
  • Высшее образование (предпочтительно в сфере менеджмента, управления персоналом, сервисного менеджмента, hospitality или администрирования)

  • Управление операциями на нескольких объектах одновременно.

  • Построение сервисных процессов и стандартов.

  • Умение анализировать данные, отчёты, метрики качества.

  • Навыки урегулирования конфликтов.

  • Ведение коммуникаций с арендаторами, сотрудниками, подрядчиками.

  • Уверенный пользователь ПК: Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, сервисные системы.

  • Клиентоориентированность как ценность.

  • Ответственность и дисциплина.

Условия:

  • График работы: 5/2

  • Рабочее время: с 08:00 до 17:30

  • Формат: офлайн

  • Оклад + годовой бонус по итогам выполнения KPI
