О компании

FASKI — казахстанский арт-дизайн бренд, работающий на стыке искусства, ремесла и архитектуры.
Мы создаём керамические плитки и предметы интерьера вручную.
Сейчас бренд активно растёт, процессы систематизированы примерно на 60%, и мы ищем Project / Operations Manager’а, который поможет выстроить устойчивую систему управления проектами и операционкой.

Задачи:

  • Войти в текущие процессы (CRM, таблицы, шаблоны, этапы сделки) и довести их до автоматизма.

  • Систематизировать документооборот, ТЗ, отчётность и коммуникации по проектам.

  • Координировать все этапы заказов — от запроса клиента до отгрузки.

  • Поддерживать связь с производством, клиентами и подрядчиками.

  • Вести базу клиентов и сделок, отслеживать статусы, готовность и оплату.

  • Настраивать автоматизацию, помогать команде работать по единым стандартам.

    Требования

  • Опыт управления проектами или операционкой (желательно в дизайне, архитектуре, производстве).

  • Умение выстраивать порядок из хаоса, видеть системно и мыслить структурно.

  • Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и самодисциплина.

  • Понимание специфики творческих процессов — без бюрократии, но с чётким управлением.

  • Владение Google Sheets / Excel, Notion / Trello, базовые навыки CRM. Будет плюсом владение Autocad, Sketchup

  • Будет плюсом — опыт в креативных индустриях, знание основ дизайна, чувство эстетики.

Условия

  • Формат: гибридный / удалённый.

  • Занятость: полный день.

  • Оплата: фикс + бонус по KPI, обсуждается по итогам испытательного срока.

  • Испытательный срок: 2 месяца

  • Старт: ноябрь 2025.
