Position: Junior administrative specialist

• Help to Business Academy Administrator in organizing training services
• Maintaining administrative records of clients
• Working with database, make marketing preparatory documentation

Requirements:

• Higher education or last year student preferably with major in management, administration etc;
• Advanced level of English (writing and speaking);
• Advanced user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), MS teams, ZOOM;
• High level of potential, responsibility, positive attitude, result-oriented, ability to multitask;
• Event management skills; organizational skills; knowledge of business etiquette;
