We are looking for an expert who combines strong B2B sales skills with a solid understanding of the product and technical aspects of IT solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting QazCode’s IT products and creating proposals that align with clients’ business goals and technical implementation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers and partners.
Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs.
Prepare commercial offers, presentations, and tender materials with a focus on both the technical and business value of solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to align on technical details and delivery timelines.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in Kazakhstan and abroad.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or product management within IT, telecom, or fintech.
Understanding of the software lifecycle (development, implementation, operation).
Knowledge of modern technologies such as SaaS, API integrations, mobile and web applications, and AI.
Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value.
Proven experience negotiating and closing deals at C-level.
English — upper-intermediate to advanced (C1) level.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Solid planning and sales pipeline management skills.
