We’ll look to you for:
Preparing and presenting executive summaries regarding project finance elements to the Cluster Finance Director and top-level management
Participating in the preparation, reviews, and internal validation processes for all projects
Supporting and participating in Cluster biannual portfolio reviews
Assisting projects lacking maturity in Project Finance Management during project start (TTM/FPR0)
Supporting the launch of complex projects
Driving REX (Return of Experience) deployment within the site
Consolidating and checking monthly reporting and portfolio reporting (NAVO/savings/opportunities)
Controlling backlog, reconciliation with project reviews and consolidation tools, and monitoring workload on projects
Contributing to Site Business Review performance through R&O disclosure, degradation/improvement anticipation, and executive-level project messaging
Participating in tools and transformation initiatives, sharing best practices, and supporting process evolution
Animating, digitalizing, and developing the Financial Project Management (FPM) community through training, inductions, webinars, and staffing support
