Описание

Automated Communication Solutions Ltd. — это динамично развивающаяся IT-компания, которая специализируется на повышении эффективности коммуникаций с клиентами с помощью инновационных AI-технологий. Помогаем бизнесам автоматизировать клиентские пути, увеличивать конверсию и снижать расходы.

Сейчас мы ищем Head of LeadDev — лидера, который возглавит направление Lead Development и и обеспечит максимальную конверсию в успешное и долгосрочное сотрудничество с клиентами.

Основные функции должности:

  • Ведение переговоров с клиентами после первой встречи

  • Управление воронкой в AMO CRM: карточки, статусы, сроки

  • SLA по пушам, чатам, задачам и личным касаниям

  • Подготовка и согласование КП, договоров, счетов

  • Взаимодействие с юристами, СЕО, командой внедрения

  • Разбор переписок и обучение команды

  • Планирование загрузки и перераспределение чатов

  • Контроль выполнения разовых и операционных задач

  • Подготовка отчетности

  • Сбор и контроль аналитики

Требования к квалификации и опыту:

  • Опыт от 3 лет в B2B-продажах или лиддеве, в роли руководителя (Gambling/IT/Digital компаниях)

  • Опыт управлении большими командами от 20-ти человек

  • Глубокое понимание воронок продаж, LTV, CAC, конверсии

  • Навыки ведения сделок и переговоров с ЛПР

  • Высокая организованность и системное мышление

  • Умение выстраивать процессы, адаптировать скрипты

  • Знание CRM, документооборота, бизнес-логики продаж

  • Способность к обучению, контролю и коучингу сотрудников

  • Высокий уровень организационных и коммуникативных навыков

  • Системность, аналитическое и стратегическое мышление, умение принимать сложные управленческие решения

  • Безупречный русский и английский (не ниже уровня свободного проведения переговоров с клиентами).
