Responsible for the Company’s Customer & Trade activations across channels including concept development, negotiation, execution and further analysis of effectiveness. Be part of Customer activation strategies development: concept & design, in-store execution, negotiation, production, delivery to ensure on-time launch Manage coolers stock: inventory check organization, order planning, detailed analysis of placement effectiveness, providing tools for DP managers to achieve corresponding KPIs Develop new POSM according to channel/customer needs in collaboration with Marketing Analyze promo effectiveness (quarterly promo evaluation) and prepare further recommendations for adjustment Conduct E-com activations: be an expert in e-com trends, Customers, providing best-in-class e-com execution
