1) participation in the development and implementation of marketing projects, advertising and media campaigns aimed at developing the University brand and supporting the recruitment process;
2) provision of advisory assistance, as well as interaction with the University's structural divisions on marketing activities, preparation of advertising materials aimed at increasing brand awareness and promoting educational programs;
3) content filling of the University's website, covering its current activities, visual design of the website and analysis of its traffic;
4) maintenance of the University's official accounts on social networks;
5) participation in the process of internationalization of the University and support for the recruitment process of international students within the competence of the Division;
6) timely and proper fulfillment of the tasks of the immediate supervisor and the University's management;
7) compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the University;
8) responsibility for compliance with labor and service discipline;
9) is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, as well as preventing disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as restricted information in accordance with the law, the Charter and internal documents of the Employer;
10) in the event of dismissal, is responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the immediate supervisor (according to the acceptance certificate).
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education, mass media, advertising.

Work experience must meet one of the following requirements:
- For a bachelor's/specialist's degree, at least 3 years of work experience in the specialty, or in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in the civil service, in international and/or national companies; or
- For a master's degree, at least 1 year of work experience in the specialty, or in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in the civil service, in international and/or national companies.
- Experience in the field of online marketing, online advertising, web development, marketing data analytics, work with CRM, SEO, SMM is desirable
