• Plan, implement and audit the overall digital marketing strategy
• Organize and lead digital marketing team
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices
• Manage and audit different digital marketing channels

• Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
• Audit overall owned digital channels
• Track Google Analytics, communication platforms’ data and make complex analysis

• Cooperate with other departments to sustain knowledge transfer between them.

• Consistently drive innovation and bring disruptive ideas.

• University graduate

• Fluent in English & Russian, Turkish (advantage)

• At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong digital marketing & e-commerce skills

• Experience with OTA ( Booking, Expedia & trip advisor)

• Experience in analytical tools such as Google Analytics

• Ability to read & analyze data

• Skills in budget management

• Strong knowledge of revenues & analysis
