Сейчас мы ищем Customer Support Manager.

Чем предстоит заниматься:
  • Сопровождение активной базы клиентов: ведение и развитие клиентов;
  • Выявление потребностей по работе в системе;
  • Информирование о возможных способах изучения нашей системы;
  • Консультация и помощь в оплате дополнительных продуктов Altegio;
  • Работа с конфронтациями: выявление причины отказа от сотрудничества, донесение ценности сотрудничества, удержание клиента;
  • Ведение необходимой документации и отчетности в CRM-системе;
  • Заключение договоров на обслуживание.
Что мы ожидаем:
  • Опыт работы с клиентами / в клиентском сервисе от 6 месяцев;
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь;
  • Высокий уровень компьютерной грамотности (предстоит изучить обширный IT-продукт);
  • Ты умеешь грамотно расставлять приоритеты, можешь работать в режиме многозадачности;
  • У тебя активная жизненная позиция. Есть энергия и мотивация зарабатывать;
  • Коммуникабельность и открытость;
  • Умение воспринимать конструктивную критику и работать над ошибками, чтобы развивать интуицию и становиться лучшей версией себя;
  • Опыт работы c CRM-системами.
Будет плюсом:
  • Опыт работы в клиентском сервисе;
  • Опыт работы с подписочными сервисами, в рекламе или в digital;
  • Знание английского языка не ниже уровня B2.
