Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting at customer sites, installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized equipment (mining and mineral processing): mills, crushers, flotation machines, pumps, filters, conveyors, gearboxes, etc.;
Preventive maintenance and equipment modernization;
Monitoring order fulfillment for spare parts supply;
Timely updating of customer service logs and internal service records;
Interaction with the global service team;
Maintaining daily communication with clients to ensure effective service issue resolution and proper follow-up
Requirements:
Higher technical education and experience working with mineral processing plant equipment;
English language proficiency – intermediate level or higher;
Confident PC user, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Conditions:
Rotational work schedule – 28/28 or 21/21;
Full compensation for travel to/from the rotation site and place of residence;
