Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer to work on a global beauty & wellness booking platform. The role focuses on improving platform quality and user experience as it scales and evolves on Salesforce Service Cloud.
The customer is an international provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, offering digital tools for scheduling and client management in the personal services sector. The platform supports both service providers and their clients, helping businesses improve operational efficiency while giving end users a simple and convenient way to arrange appointments.
The project is focused on enhancing the largest and fastest growing booking platform that connects beauty, wellness and health professionals with local customers, powering hundreds of millions of appointments each year. This platform currently uses Service Cloud for both sales and service, with sales processes running primarily through Cases and Opportunities.
