О вакансии

Ищем Growth User Acquisition Lead, который будет отвечать за стратегию привлечения пользователей в 20+ странах присутствия приложения Яндекс Такси.
Ваша задача — оптимизация закупки, тестирование новых гипотез и поиск новых источников.

Какие задачи вас ждут:

  • Оптимизация маркетинговых источников
    Анализировать текущие performance-каналы и искать решения для их улучшения
  • Контроль эффективности бюджета
    Анализировать окупаемость инвестиций и корректировать стратегию
  • Управление трафиком и воронками
    Контролировать конверсии и замерять эффективности привлечения
  • Запуск и развитие ключевых рынков
    Контролировать и масштабировать

Что мы ожидаем от вас:

  • Опыт 5+ лет в performance-маркетинге с фокусом на мобильные приложения;
  • Глубокое знание Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok и других каналов привлечения;
  • Опыт управления крупными бюджетами и их оптимизацией;
  • Знание трекинговых систем: Appmetrica / Appsflyer / Adjust;
  • Понимание мобильной атрибуции и работы с фродом;
  • Понимание и опыт анализа эффективности закупки не только с точки зрения CPI, CAC и CR, но и по более глубоким продуктовым метрикам;
  • Умение работать с данными, воронками, моделями атрибуции;
  • Опыт запуска и масштабирования новых рынков;
  • Свободный английский.
