Tasks:

• Vendors/potential vendors due diligence reports;

• Commercial offers w. Vendors (for simple transactions up to 500 K tg) check;

• record of the contracts signed with high risks vendors;

• The Procurement function maintains a blacklist that includes third parties that have not been approved resulting from the Third-Party Due Diligence process. The blacklist is reviewed by the Procurement Function as part of the Third-Party Due Diligence Process;

• One team supplier list regular update;

• PoAs issuing (draft, approval in 1 C & etc.);

• Legal News journaling;

• Monitoring & documenting participation in associations (Competition Part);

• 1c - creation of counterparties, registration of contracts, applications, PoAs (return control);

• BatchUser (contracts deadlines) monitoring;

• BatchUser update (Kaizen);

• court office (government service): check whether company has been summoned to court or not;

• payment to suppliers, month-end closing (towards F&A);

• Contracts archive;

• Other tasks per need.

Requirements:

• Incomplete higher legal education (currently in the 3rd or 4th year of study);
• Solid foundation in jurisprudence;
• Proficient in using key office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Strong knowledge of business communication and office management practices;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset;
• Ability to handle large volumes of information effectively;
• Multitasking;
• High level of literacy, attention to detail, and accuracy;
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken); at least basic knowledge of Russian and Kazakh;
• Strong sense of discipline and responsibility.
